Blizzard by NickyD, is my pick of this season to spotlight. I just love this design!
It’s a beautiful wintery design with some nice tab menus, as well as a mouseover information menu - a simple two column fixed design, and easy to modify.

Spotlight on a Free XHTML Template: Surreal

Surreal, by ramblingsoul, is a very nicely-designed XHTML template that’s perfect for a blog. It has gorgeous graphics and lots of terrific design elements. I really like this template and I can’t wait to see it ported to WordPress.
