Last week I posted that I was in the process of creating a product and I still am. It’s just not progressing as quickly as I would like and that’s because I wear too many hats. Seriously! So while I’m trying to balance other parts of my life and all the things I’m required to do in any given week, the project is slow-going.

I guess there’s nothing wrong with that. After all, I’m not in any kind of race, am I? So I decided to stop being so hard on myself, and just work slow and steadily until everything gets done.

Someday soon I know I will have to outsource some of the work, and I’m coming to terms with that. Sometimes it’s hard to relinquish control, but a smart business person should know when it’s time to delegate the work to others.

Anyway, I’ve got another blog post to write and then back to the drawing board for me. I will be making an announcement soon.
