After considering this move for several months, I’ve decided to put up a PayPal donate link for this site located on the left sidebar. For the past 2 years I have been creating free XHTML templates and recently free WordPress themes and contributing them to various open source web design communities. I love seeing my designs in action, and I have been rewarded for my efforts with increased traffic, a better Google Page Rank, some paid work, and lots of friendly emails from people who appreciate what I do. Those emails are worth more than money, really.

However, a few days ago, my favorite community, OpenDesigns.org was hit by several DOS attacks, virtually crippling the site, and causing a lot of headaches for the site admins. It has cost the site time and money. So to help out, I will contribute 50% of all donations I receive to OpenDesigns.org.
