Spotlight on the Free XHTML Template of the Season

Blizzard Free XHTML Template ThumbnailBlizzard by NickyD, is my pick of this season to spotlight. I just love this design!

It’s a beautiful wintery design with some nice tab menus, as well as a mouseover information menu – a simple two column fixed design, and easy to modify.
