Do You Use Twitter?

On Christmas morning, I opened up a Twitter account just for the heck of it. I think it’s kind of neat, and just another way for people to keep in touch with one another.

I also just installed Alex King’s Twitter Tools plugin for WordPress so that I can “Tweet” right from my WordPress dashboard. How convenient is that? I have yet to play with it, but I’m sure it will be just another WordPress fun adventure.

I have to say that I really appreciate the work that WordPress plugin authors do to extend an already great piece of software. It’s a lot of fun for me to test out plugins that interest me and I love sharing my experiences with you.

So, do you use Twitter? If so, what do you like/dislike about it?

    Hi Karen

    Yes I have also joined the twitter bandwagon, I think it’s a great way to get quick updates on the people you want to know, and also a great way to keep in touch with people who are interested in following you.

    Hi Karen. I’ve been using Twitter since July 14, 2006. I was actually the 786th person to sign up. I just checked your Twitter account and at the time you signed up, you were user # 18,372,382. How you can tell is by looking at the number for your Twitter RSS feed in the footer of your profile page. I have added you, so you can add me back now :)
